Q. How large of an event can you handle?
Up to 1,000 people.
Q. Do you charge for utensils, serving items and napkins?
Heavy duty plastic utensils, serving items, and napkins are included. If you prefer upgraded utensils, the cost is 75 cents per person.
Q. How much advanced notice do I need to place a catering order?
For small lunch orders such as 20 people or less, we prefer a week in advance. For large catering jobs, we prefer 30 advance notice with a minimum guest count and deposit.
Q. Will you work with me to put together the right menu within my budget?
We work with all budgets. Call us anytime and we will be glad to put together a special menu for you.
Q. Can I make up my own menu or make changes in your menus?
Yes, we are very flexible with menu planning but we would like to get everything in writing so there will be no surprises.
Q. Can you provide for vegetarian and special dietary needs?
Yes, be sure to discuss special needs with us.
We do require deposits for catering over 20 people. A 25% deposit is required once the details are decided upon and the contract is signed.
